Terms and Conditions


Please read these terms in full before you use this website. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not use this website. Your continued use of this website confirms your acceptance of these terms.


Order Acceptance Policy:


We must have full details of delivery (including postcode and telephone number) for your order to be processed. Your order will be processed if full payment details are completed.

All orders requests received are subject to acceptance by Peonies & Petals Flower Box and any of its personnel, reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to reject any order without giving reasons. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received in full, via the payment method used to place the order.

All prices subject to addition delivery charges.


Changes to your order:


If you wish to change your order please do so, by contacting us peoniesandpetalsflowerbox@gmail.com We'll always do our best to make last minute changes for you, but we can only guarantee changes (including to the delivery address and in relation to card messages) that are requested  no later than 12hours after order been placed. Please note that if your delivery address is changed there might be additional delivery charge to your order.


Cancellation Policy:


One-off orders can be cancelled no later than 48hours before the intended delivery date and partial refund will be issued. Please note that all transaction fees and cancellation fee which is 10% of your order total will be reduced from your full refund. The easiest way to cancel your order is contacting us by peoniesandpetalsflowerbox@gmail.com 

Large orders that require pre-order roses can not be cancelled.

Refund and Return Policy:


In the unlikely event you wish to return your flowers please note that because each arrangement is catered and designed to a specific individual, we are unable to accept returns. 
Please contact us at peoniesandpetalsflowerbox@gmail.com with any questions, comments, concerns and one of our customer service team member will do everything possible to help you.

Peonies & Petals Flower Box cannot be liable for claims reported after 24 hours of receipt.

Please note that you will need to email us a photo of flowers or any other damages within 24 hours of receipt in order to be eligible for a replacement.  As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request - please note that there is a delivery charge for you to pay if you wish to return your flowers.


Please understand, we are unable to accept returns and refunds as each arrangement is catered and designed to a specific individual. We can not be held responsible if you do not follow our flower care instructions and we simply can not guarantee how long your flowers will last as it depends on your environment! Your flowers may last up to a year or even longer however we do not accept any returns after 24hours of receipt! The flowers may change colour, shape and texture as time goes by.


The longevity of Preserved Flowers is not guaranteed, it has been known for these products to last for months if not years.


Peonies & Petals Flower Box guarantee that you will receive your arrangement as shown on our product page. We try our best to keep the flowers as close to the product photos as possible. 




You can make payment by paypal via our website. If you do not have a paypal account you may use 'paypal guest checkout' to make payment by card or make payment over the phone, please call us 01242 516227. If your card is declined by the provider we will attempt to contact you for an alternative method of payment if for whatever reason we are unable to obtain an alternative form of payment your order will be cancelled.


Offers and Promotion Codes:


At our discretion, from time to time, we may offer products at discounted prices. These offers are valid from the time that we introduce them to the end date of the offer and they cannot be used for purchases before the offer introduction date or after the offer end date.

In the event that a customer has made a purchase and the price of the purchased product subsequently falls or is discounted owing to a special offer, the price of the product at the time of purchase shall prevail. We are unable to offer special offer discounts for purchases that have already been made.

As our special offers are contingent on availability, we may change the terms of special offers and promotional codes, or withdraw them altogether, at any time, and without prior notice.
